DiNardo began his collegiate career at College of DuPage in 2014 where he spent two seasons as a Quarterback/Coach hybrid while he rehabbed from his second shoulder surgery. Once fully recovered, he transferred to North Park University where he finished his athletic career as a dual sport athlete in both baseball and football. 

During his time at North Park, DiNardo began his coaching career by working various summer camps for the Chicago Bears, Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Cubs. In 2019-20, as he was finishing up his student teaching, DiNardo served as the Quarterbacks Coach at Joliet West High School while simultaneously working as a Head Baseball coach for a travel baseball organization and an assistant coach with Plainfield South’s baseball team. 

DiNardo earned his bachelor’s degree in English and Secondary Education from North Park University in 2020.
