2025: Indoor - Registered a PR of 1.58m (5-2.25) in the high jump at the NCC Cardinal Opener (Jan. 10)… Set PRs of 7.02 in the 55m, 8.91 in the 55m hurdles, and 3.15m (10-4) in the pole vault at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Feb. 7-8)… Recorded a PR of 9.62 in the 60m hurdles at the Margaret Bradley Invitational (Feb. 22)… Broke the school record in the Heptathlon, receiving NACC All-Conference honors by placing fourth with 3792 points at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28 – Mar. 1)… Set personal best marks in four of the seven events of his record-breaking performance – ran 7.49 in the 60m, jumped 6.27m (20-7) in the long jump, recorded a mark of 9.29m (30-5.75) in the shot put, and ran 3:01.22 in the 1000m.
Outdoor - Set a PR in the 100m with a time of 11.56 at the NCC First Chance – Distance Fling (Mar. 28)… Finished third in the 400m hurdles with a PR time of 1:02.71 at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 11-12)… Took Third in the javelin throw with a PR of 36.36m (119-3) at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 11-12)… Recorded a PR in the discus throw of 25.61m (84-0) at the 2025 Kip Janvrin Open (Apr. 24-25)… Received NACC All-Conference honors and finished third in the Decathlon with 4810 points and personal bests in the 110m hurdles (18.11) and the 1500m (5:00.25) at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).

2024: Indoor - Placed third in DMR at the Firebird First Invitational (Jan. 13) ... PR in the 200m with a time of 23.91 and placed third in TH at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Feb. 2-3) ... PR in LJ recording 5.81m and placed second in the 4x400 at the 2024 Windy City Rumble (Feb.10) ... Pr in the 60m with a time of 7.56 at the Margaret Bradley Invitational (Feb.17) ... PR in TJ recording 12.56m and placed second in the 4x400 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24).
Outdoor - Placed first in TJ recording 12.39m at the 2024 Warrior Invitational (Mar. 28) ... PR in JT recording 35.54m and PR in 400m with a time of 52.66s at the Elmhurst Twilight Invitational ... Placed first in the 4x400 at the NACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 3-4).

Outdoor - Placed third in the 4x100 and fourth in the 4x400 at the Green & White Invite (Apr. 15) ... Placed third in the 4x400 at the Elmhurst Twilight Invite at Wheaton (Apr. 28) ... NACC All-Conference in the 4x100 with a fifth place finish, the 4x400 with a sixth place finish, made a PR in the 400m with a 53.65 (May 5-6).
