Junior (2019): Indoors, finished second in the mile at the NACC Championships with a career-best 4:26.74... Outdoors, finished second in the 1500 (4:02.29) and ran his career-best in the 800 (2:01.88) at the NACC Championships.

Sophomore: Indoors, placed third at conference meet with a 4:34.14 in the mile run...Outdoors, finished fifth at the Cougar Invitational with a 4:08.11 in the 1500.

Freshman (2017): Indoors, ran a 9:33.34 in the 3,000 meters and placed second at UW-Parkside, just his second collegiate meet...Outdoors, ran the 3,000 steeplechase at the Benedictine NCAA Challenge and reecorded a 10:29.14.

High School: Attended Bellmont H.S. where he earned four varsity letters in cross-country...first-team all-conference and honorable mention in 1600-meter run his senior year.

Personal: Majoring in sports management...Parents are Patrick and Shannon McNamara...Hobby is collecting baseball cards...Favorite meal after a long run is orange chicken.
