RIVER FOREST, ILL. -- Adding to the list of Cougar baseball players who have found themselves on the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) player of the week list,
Jack Carroll (North Aurora, Ill.) put his name on there as the first pitcher of the season for the Cougars to earn the accolade.
Carroll had a career outing in the win over Benedictine, pitching career-high eight innings and ten strikeouts. He only allowed two hits with no runs in 29 batters faced. In the game, he provided four innings that retired the batters in order, picking up his second win on the season.
