Coach Andrew Chizzo had this to say. "The women's track team started with a PR in the hammer throw from Madelyn Smock and ended with a 200m PR for
Eve Shelton on Saturday night. If the weather is an early indication of expectations, look out for the women's team to make some noise this outdoor season."
The Cougars' next meet will be the Chicagoland Championships, hosted by Elmhurst University on April 4-5. Coverage can be found at cucougars.com/coverage.
