RIVER FOREST, ILL. -- While Cougar fans anxiously await opening day for CUC Baseball, the weather has changed course and delayed first pitch by a few days.

The originally scheduled three game series in Kentucky against North Park University, Hope College, and Franklin College has been cancelled due to weather concerns. Despite the abrupt schedule change, the Cougars got two of their three games rescheduled with a day and location change. Opening day will now be on Sunday, February 23rd in Indianapolis, Ind. with an 11:00 am EST first pitch against Franklin College and a 2:00 pm EST first pitch against North Park University.
