Elmhurst, Ill. - The Concordia University Chicago (CUC) Women's Tennis team took a short trip to Elmhurst to take on Illinois College. After hard fought battles the Cougars ultimately fell 7-0.

In doubles the Cougars were unable to achieve a win. However, partners Evian Dubon (Franklin Park, Ill.) and Mary Curtis (Worden, Ill.) put up the best fight for the Cougars, but unfortunately fell in the end with a final score of 6-3, favoring the Lady Blues.
Singles
Â
The Cougars lost all singles matches but there were a few matches that gave a great fight. Tatiana Overton (Bolingbrook, Ill.) fought hard in her match where round one she lost 7-6, and fell in round two as well. Dubon also put up a respectable fight but ultimately lost with final scores of each round 6-1 and 6-3.
