MILWAUKEE, WIS. --- The Concordia University Chicago (CUC) track and field team traveled up to Wisconsin Lutheran College for the Green & White Invite. For the women, they were able to pick up some high finishes on the day.

Notable Cougar Performances:

• Ariel Martinez (Berwyn, Ill.) had the highest finish on the afternoon, coming in first in the 3000 steeplechase
• Eve Shelton (St. Louis, Mo.) had a handful of high finishes as well, second place in the 100m hurdles with a new PR of 15.22 seconds and fifth place in the 200m
• Madison Hipshire (Riverview, Mich.) pulled off a second place finish in the 400m hurdles with a new time of 1:12.28
• Tegan Oas (Shingle Springs, Calif.) had two high marks on the day, in javelin she finished in fourth place. Then, in the 800m, she finished in seventh with a new time of 2:29.63
• Finishing fifth place in pole vault, Emma Nickerson (Lake City, Mich.) had a new PR of 2.70m
• Aniyah Isom (Chicago, Ill.) finished in fifth place as well in the long jump
• In triple jump, Noor Sammour (Berwyn, Ill.) closed out with a fourth place finish
• For the throwers, Gabrielle Harding (Rochelle, IL) finished off the afternoon with a second place finish in both discus and hammer

Cougar Personal Records:

• Keren Llort (Cicero, Ill.) secured a new PR in the 100m of 14.01 seconds
• In the 1500m, Izzy Fairless (Royal Oak, Mich.) made a new time of 5:09.36
• Continuing in distance, Lydia Anderson (Carpentersville, Ill.) picked up a new PR of 21:14.24
• Elizabeth Clouse (Jackson, Mich.) snagged two new PRs, in discus at 26.62m and in hammer at 10.08m
