RIVER FOREST, ILL. — A chilly morning in River Forest did not stop men's lacrosse non-conference action. The Ravens of Anderson University (0-0, 2-1) traveled to take on the Cougars of Concordia University Chicago (0-0, 0-1). After a thrilling four quarters of action the Ravens came out on top 17-3.

How It Happened:
The Cougars wasted no time before they found the back of the net. Dennis found Lewandowski across the field for the first goal of the game. Shortly after, Scott juked out the Ravens defender and ricocheted the ball and grabbed his first career goal putting the Cougars up 2-0.
The Ravens turned things around and went on a five goal run bringing the score to 5-2. Miller then grabbed a goal as the half was winding down but not before the Ravens grabbed one more to end the half with a score of 6-3.
The second half consisted of all Raven action. The Cougars were unable to find the back of the net in the second half resulting in a final score of 17-3.
