CHICAGO, ILL. — Participating in the Windy City Rumble at the University of Chicago, the Concordia University Chicago (CUC) women's track and field team had multiple personal records on the day.
Notable Performances

The top finishes of the day came in the 3000-meter, with Tegan Oas (Shingle Springs, Calif.) picking up a ninth place finish and Izzy Fairless (Royal Oak, Mich.) following right behind her at tenth place. Both of these being new PRs for the runners; Oas with a time of 12:19.74 and Fairless with a time of 12:24.95
Cougar Personal Records

Keren Llort (Cicero, Ill.) had two new personal records, in the 60-meter with a time of 8.92 seconds and in the 200-meter with a time of 31.01 seconds

Four Cougars had new PRs in the 800-meter; Oas with a time of 2:33.34, Fairless with a time of 2:37.02, Breanna Walters (Poplar Grove, Ill.) with a time of 2:44.84, and Lydia Anderson (Carpentersville, Ill.) with a time of 2:54.53

In the 5000-meter, Ariel Martinez (Berwyn, Ill.) picked up a PR of 20:01.34 and Anderson did as well with a 22:14.71

Madison Hipshire (Riverview, Mich.) had a new time in the 60-meter hurdles at 12.21 seconds

Finally, Elizabeth Clouse (Jackson, Mich.) had a new throw of 11.41 meters in the weight throw
