Rock Island, Ill. - The Concordia University Chicago (CUC) Cougars traveled to Rock Island to compete in the NCAA DIII Midwest Regional Cross Country Championships. The Cougars team raced well, and on top of strong finishes, four Cougars finished with new personal records.

Joining the PR Party
- Nathaniel Hernandez (Harwood Heights,Ill.) ran a personal-best time of 29:13.0 and finished first overall for the Cougars.
- With a personal-best time of 29:23.1, Nathaniel Boksa (Norridge, Ill.) finished second for the Cougars.
- Miguel Sanchez (San Antonio, Texas) set a new personal record in the meet, finishing with a time of 30:25.9.
- The final PR of the night came from Donovan Depakakibo (Norridge, Ill.) where he finished with a time of 31:14.2.

"The entire theme of the season was the team being "so back" and that mindset culminated in a great group performance to cap off the year.
