LISLE, Ill. – The Concordia Chicago women's soccer team (7-6-3 (3-3-3 NACC)) to a trip to Lisle to face the Eagles of Benedictine (0-9-6 (0-4-4 NACC)). The Cougars created multiple chances up top but couldn't find the back of the net and ended the game in a 0-0 tie.

How It Happened
In the first half, Concordia held the Eagles to just two attempts, with Sheriff making a routine save on one of them. On the offensive side, the Cougars looked for their opportunities and had back-to-back shots from Hirayama and Cazares saved by the Eagles' goalkeeper.
Natalie Flores (Placentia, Calif.) had her shot saved near the end of the half and the teams remained scoreless into the half.
In the second half,
Pamela Saldivar (Chicago, Ill.) took a chance in the 54th minute, but missed just wide. The Cougars continued to press forward and create chances, with
Elle Wheelock (Holland, Mich.) forcing a save from the Benedictine goalkeeper. Cazares' chance in the final minute of play was also saved, and the Cougars walked away with a 0-0 tie with the Eagles.
