"They've been working hard, honestly," Head Coach
Malachi Allgood noted. "Doing all the right things inside and outside of training, and I feel now more than previously that they're doing it together as opposed to each individual person trying to accomplish a goal, they're trying to accomplish a team goal."
The Cougars take a bye next week and will head North on September 23
rd to visit Kenosha, Wis. for the Lucian Rosa Invitational hosted by UW-Parkside. Find updates for all things Cougar Cross Country at cucougars.com as well as on Twitter and Instagram @CUChicagoTFXC.
