Box Score RIVER FOREST, Ill. --- It was the perfect day for the Concordia University Chicago (3-7-5, 3-6-3) men's soccer team's senior day. Concordia University Wisconsin (8-3-5, 5-2-4) came to town in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference matchup Saturday afternoon. The Falcons seemed to have the game in the bag, until a late Cougar goal tied the match before the final whistle at 1-1.

- Joseph Perez made two saves in the second half in goal for the Cougars.

The Falcons wasted no time getting on the scoreboard. In the 10
th minute, Jacob Stemper found the back of the net courtesy of an assist from Carson Kelly. The Falcons remained ahead for the rest of the first half, despite being outshot seven to five.

CUC picked up momentum in the second half and pleased the crowd with tremendous hustle. Their efforts were rewarded in the final minutes of play. In the 87
th minute,
Austin Montejano delivered a great cross from the right wing into the 16-yard box.
Oscar Montejano capped off the play with the game-tying goal. Neither team could pull ahead in the remaining minutes, as the match ended in a 1-1 tie.
