River Forest, Ill. --- Celebrating their three seniors, along with playing to NACC matches, the Concordia University Chicago women's tennis team had a busy Saturday afternoon at the CUC Tennis Courts. The Cougars opened the day falling to Concordia University Wisconsin 9-0. CUC then honored their three seniors Emily Cyrwus, Natalie Jensen, and Jacquelyn Rocha between matches. The Cougars then closed the day falling to Wisconsin Lutheran College 9-0.

The top doubles match was the #2 doubles which featured senior Natalie Jensen and Jessica Parker. The Cougars battled tough but ultimately fell 8-4.

In singles play Danzel Gerona battled tough in the #4 spot. Gerona took the opening set 6-4, but then fell 6-1, 6-4 in the following two sets.

Ali Wingood and Kamila Giza battled tough at #1 doubles, falling 8-4.

Wingood played the closest singles match at #1, falling 6-1, 6-4.Â
