Madison, Wis. -- The Concordia University Chicago women's volleyball team took on Edgewood College on Saturday for their second road match of the weekend. Similar to Friday night, the Cougars were able to prevail over a conference opponent, this time in five sets. The sets went 25-23, 19-25, 26-24, 19-25, and 13-15, respectively.
Highlights of the Match:

Sophomore Katie Stonich (Sadieville, Ky.) led the team with a total of 22 kills, followed up by junior Alyssa Henline (Fort Wayne, Ind.) with 17 and junior Katie Schrems (South Bend, Ind.) with 10.

Sophomore Isabelle Vernengo (Plainfield, Ind.) recorded 48 assists, 10 digs, and an ace.

Junior Grace Heywood (Northbrook, Ill.) contributed 3 aces and 11 digs.

Senior libero Julia Beers (Mishawaka, Ind.) tallied 16 digs, the team's highest of the day, and also recorded two aces.
