PLYMOUTH, Wis. -- Hoping to tab their second conference win of the season, the Concordia-Chicago men's basketball team traveled to Lakeland University to take on the Muskies in a midweek tilt. After a tight-lipped first half, CUC went on to commit 14 second-half turnovers, allowing the Muskies to pull ahead with the 89-76 victory.
Turning Point:
- Down by two after the first half, CUC's offense slowed down as the Muskies went on a 17-7 run in the opening minutes of the second frame. Amid Lakeland's streak, the Muskie defense also held the Cougars scoreless for over two minutes, to extend their lead to 10 points. Concordia-Chicago would pull as close as eight points away from Lakeland for the remainder of the contest.

- Landen Gladney recorded his first double-double of the season with 15 points and 13 rebounds. Tonight's performance marks the 22nd double-double of his career.
- Jalen Meeks and Brent Hatten each scored in double-digits for the fifth consecutive game as the two scored 22 and 12 points, respectively.
- Raushaun Amos was one rebound shy of a double-double, as the senior tallied 12 points and nine rebounds. He also dished five assists.
- The Muskies recorded 17 points off CUC turnovers and picked up 20 second-chance points.
