RIVER FOREST, Ill. -- After a 1-1 week, the Concordia-Chicago men's soccer team picks up NACC play once again in taking on the Rockford Regents tomorrow night.

Last Time Out... The Cougars ended last week's slate on a high note, picking up a 2-1 win over Lakeland University on Saturday.
German Tinoco kick-started the offensive efforts, recording his first career goal in the 32nd minute, followed by
Michael Bogart scoring the game-winning goal in the 78th minute of play. CUC allowed the Muskies to take just five shots during the contest, two on goal, while
Jose Retana recorded one save.Â
Rockford Ready... Like Concordia-Chicago, the Regents of Rockford University are 1-3 in NACC play thus far, also picking up a win over Lakeland back on Sept. 28. With a 4-8-1 record overall, the Regents are led by Ryan Munch, who has tallied six goals and one assist to date. As a team, Rockford averages 1.46 goals per game, while Francesco Martincig holds a 1.80 goals allowed average in over 1,100 minutes of action in net. Historically, the Cougars hold the all-time series record at 8-5-2, despite the Regents taking the last match up 1-0 in River Forest last season. Â

Jose Retana has tallied 61 saves through the first half of his senior season. With his total saves, he ranks first among the NACC's goalkeepers while boasting a .782 save percentage, which is good for second in the conference. Between CUC's four netminders, they rank 23rd in the nation averaging 7.70 saves per game.
