Will Suhrbur (Berwyn, IL) of the track and field team is honored for the week of April 13-19.

Suhrbur won the men’s pole vault at the April 18 CUC Cougar Invitational. His mark of 14’ 0” set a personal best and outdistanced his closest competition by 12 ½ inches. Suhrbur had a couple of attempts later in the meet at the school record of 14’ 6” held by Jon Lange.
Suhrbur, the son of Edward and Anastasia Suhrbur, is a 2012 graduate of Morton West High School in Berwyn, IL. He is a sophomore psychology major.
