Tino Vazquez (Chicago, IL) of the men’s basketball team is honored for the week of Nov. 24-30.
         
Vazquez notched season-highs of 19 points and nine rebounds in Concordia-Chicago’s Nov. 29 game against Lakeland College. He shot 7-13 from the field (one three-pointer) and 4-6 from the foul line. Vazquez has started all four of the Cougars’ games and has averaged 11.0 points and 6.0 rebounds.

Vazquez, the son of Tino and Marianne Vazquez, is a 2011 graduate of Proviso East High School in Maywood, IL. He is a junior business marketing major.
