Dan Eichholzer (Elwood, IL) of the baseball team is honored for the week of March 17-23.

Eichholzer went 4-5 in the Cougars’ win over sixth-ranked Webster University on March 22. The Cougars’ leadoff hitter delivered a two-run single in the top of the ninth inning to tie the game. He is batting .308 on the season and leads the team with 17 RBIs.

Eichholzer, the son of Dennis and Natalie Eichholzer, is a 2009 graduate of Joliet Township High School in Joliet, IL. He is a senior exercise science major.
