Ryan Weseloh (Minier, IL) of the men’s cross-country team is honored for the week of Sept. 23-29.

Weseloh ran a season-best 8k time of 29:22.0 at the College of DuPage Invitational on Sept. 27. He finished third overall for the Cougar men, taking three seconds off his previous best time from the Aurora University meet and 25 seconds off his time from the previous week’s meet at Concordia University Wisconsin.

Weseloh, the son of Daryl and Amy Weseloh, is a 2013 graduate of Olympia High School in Stanford, Illinois. He is a freshman secondary education major.
