Scotty Rein (Harwood Heights, IL) of the men’s track team is honored for the week of March 25-31.

Rein scored in two events for the Cougar men at the March 28 Augustana College Open. He placed seventh in both the 110-meter hurdles (17.01 seconds) and 400-meter hurdles (58.76). Rein’s current 400-meter time ranks fourth among all Northern Athletics Conference men’s athletes.

Rein, the son of Scott Rein Sr., and Geri Schultz, is a 2009 graduate of Ridgewood High School in Norridge, Illinois. He is a senior history and psychology major.
