Hillary Campbell (Dyer, IN) of the women’s soccer team is honored for the week of Sept. 24-30.
Campbell scored seven points in the Cougar women’s two victories last week. Her goal in the fifth minute of the Sept. 25 match against Alverno College started the Cougars on their way to a 2-1 victory. In the Sept. 29 match against Lakeland College, a 4-2 victory, she scored Concordia’s first two goals and assisted on the game-winning goal with a perfect cross off a corner kick. Campbell has four goals and two assists for 10 points through the Cougars’ first four matches.
Campbell, the daughter of Dennis and Misty Campbell, is a 2012 graduate of Lake Central High School in St. John, Ind. She is a freshman political science major.
