Clarissa Gieseke (Roselle, IL) of the softball team is honored for the week of April 23-29.

Gieseke hit .385 over four games last week with an accompanying slugging percentage of .769. Three of Gieseke’s five hits went for extra bases (two doubles and a homer), and the first baseman drove in five runs including three in an 8-2 win over Edgewood College April 29.

Gieseke, the daughter of Randal and Katherine Ann Gieseke, is a 2008 graduate of Lake Park High School in Roselle, Ill. She is a senior business management major.
