McGee joined the CUC staff in the fall of 2024 as a graduate assistant for athletic administration.
McGee brings a plethora of experience and knowledge with more than seven years in the industry under her belt. While in high school, McGee worked as a member of the Nazareth Academy broadcasting team before joining their administration as an athletic administrative assistant. Following her high school graduation, McGee joined the CUC Athletic Communications staff as a multi-faceted student worker for four years covering the department in many different ways. McGee’s student worker responsibilities included operating camera, producing livestreams, running social media accounts, writing game recaps, writing, filming, and recording weekly videos, and even on camera talent.
After her graduation from CUC, McGee accepted the GA position at CUC concurrently with a year-long internship with the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) as the social media coordinator. During her time with the NACC, McGee helped build the foundation of social media coverage across the conference while leading the conference’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
McGee has additional experience as a customer service associate at Fifth Third Arena, working front desk operations as well as the owner of her own small business Rymarkable Designs creating customizable products while running the content creation and social media page. Additionally, McGee began running all social media for Trailer Park Twisters, a local country band, while launching their TikTok and brand new website. Most recently, McGee accepted a position at her former high school as a communications assistant where she assists on social media efforts by curating all different types of content for the school.
McGee was a four year member of the women’s lacrosse program where she secured the highest save percentage in win history as she gathered a multitude of awards across the conference. She graduated with a BA in Marketing and Sports Management from Concordia University Chicago in the spring of 2023 and is currently working toward her MBA in Digital Marketing.
