Patrick Elster joined the CUC Women's Soccer coaching staff in the fall of 2025.
Elster comes to CUC after spending two years in the corps teaching English, coaching soccer, and serving as the Assistant Athletic Director at an under resourced school in Jacksonville, Florida. He currently coaches with the Downers Grove Roadrunners, a high-level club that sees over 800 athletes across all levels per year.Â
Elster currently holds a USSF Grassroots Coaching License.
Elster graduated from Earlham College in 2023 with a degree in Psychology where he played four seasons of soccer.Â
