Carlos Trigleth joined the CUC Cheer and STUNT coaching staff in the fall of 2025.
With over 15 years of experience, Trigleth is a nationally recognized leader in the cheer industry. His journey includes high school All-Star and collegiate level cheer. Carlos has led 20+ national titles, including the first on his own elite program. He has earned multiple awards for his bold, creative choreography. His expertise has taking him across the coast hosting national Cheer Camp and inspiring athletes across the country as a former NBA cheerleader for the Chicago Bulls. Trigleth brings professional level performance, sharp typical training in the deep dedication to athletic development, whether on the mat or in the air, he pushes every athlete to rise and shine and exceed their potential. Now at Concordia University Chicago, Trigleth is here to level up the athlete and is ready to build a fierce athlete, unforgettable routines, and unstoppable teams. Throughout his career, Trigleth has been able to coach some of the top athletes across the country ranged from members of Team USA and World Championship athletes.
Trigleth has memberships within USASF and USA Cheerleading as well as an education degree from UIUC.
