Briana Daley

Briana Daley is in her second year as a graduate assistant coach with both the CUC cross-country and track and field (distance) coaching staffs.

A native of Oak Park, IL, Daley attended Fenwick High School, where she earned All-State honors in both cross-country and track.  She also helped the Friars earn a fifth place finish at the IHSA 2A State Cross-Country Championship. During the summer of 2017, Briana returned to her alma mater to coach high school and middle school runners who attended Fenwick’s summer running program.

Daley began her collegiate running career at Trinity College (CT), where she served as a four-year starter and co-captain for Trinity’s cross-country team and indoor and outdoor track teams. She helped lead the Bantams to its best team finish at the NCAA Cross-Country Regional Championships since the fall of 2005.  A two time NCAA Division III All-Academic and multiple time NESCAC All-Academic honoree, Daley was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa society after eight semesters at Trinity.

Daley graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English and Educational Studies from Trinity College (CT) in 2018.  She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in teaching degree for secondary education at CUC.
