Chris Duron joins the CUC cross country coaching staff as a Graduate Assistant in the fall of 2025.
Duron comes to CUC after spending five seasons competing for conference rival Rockford University. The San Antonio native was elected captain of Rockford’s Cross Country team and was a multiple-time RU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll Honoree and NACC Scholar-Athlete. Outside of competing, Duron was also an active part of helping jumpstart Rockford’s varsity Track program, opting to assist with coaching and administrative duties over competing in his final semester.

Duron completed his bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Rockford University in Spring 2025. Outside of his own collegiate racing career, Duron also founded the San Antonio-based Enduronz Running Club where he provides personalized coaching and training programs for post-collegiate athletes and marathoners
