CUC Career: Earned second consecutive All-NACC honor in 2018 with a 26:19.12 (14th place) at the conference meet...First All-NACC came at the 2017 meet with a 27:32.2 (11th place)...Also holds the Cougar men's record in track for the outdoor 3,000-meter run with a 9:08.48 (April 2018).

High School: Attended Bellmont H.S. in Decatur, IN where he earned four varsity letters in cross-country...first-team all-conference and honorable mention in 1600-meter run his senior year.

Personal: Majoring in sports management...Parents are Patrick and Shannon McNamara...Hobby is collecting baseball cards...Favorite meal after a long run is orange chicken.
