Marc Condotti joined the Cougar men's basketball coaching staff as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach in June of 2023.
Condotti comes to CUC with more than 20 years of coaching and educational experience. Currently, he is a Physical Education teacher at Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School in Flossmoor, IL. At Homewood-Flossmoor, he has been a part of the boys basketball coaching staff for 20 years. In 2013, he became the varsity head coach and has been responsible for practice plans, game schedules, and coaching the players both on and off the court.
In addition to his experience as a basketball coach, Condotti was a boys water polo coach from 2003-2012 for both varsity and junior varsity. He also was an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Homewood-Flossmoor from 2005-2003.
Condotti graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2003 with his bachelor's in Physical and Health Education. He then went on to receive a master's in School Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University in 2008 and Educational Technology from CUC in 2011. He currently resides in Western Springs.
