Glen Pollard joined the CUC men's basketball coaching staff officially in the summer of 2025.
Pollard spent the last four seasons as a student manager for the Cougars where he played a vital role in practice operations, clock and gear management, and statistical tracking. His dedication to the Cougar men's basketball program has helped guide the Cougars toa 2021-2022 conference championship where he worked closely with multiple All-Conference players, honing his eye for player development.Â
Prior to his time with the Cougars, Pollard was a walk-on practice player at the University of Illinois-Chicago (UIC) from 2016-2019. During his time at UIC, he developed a reputation for his work ethic and commitment, helping prepare the starters by running opposing teams' plays and serving as an extra defender during practice.Â
In his new role as an assistant coach, Pollard will continue to oversee skill development while also serving as the Team Gear and Logistics Manager.Â
Pollard graduated from Concordia University Chicago in 2025 with his Bachelors of Art.Â
