CUC Spectator Policy
Concordia University Chicago Athletics is pleased to announce that we will allow a limited number of fans to our facilities this season.
For all sports, students, faculty and staff of CUC who register for the games will be allowed to attend. All CUC student-athletes participating in the event will receive two tickets for the game, which they are able to give to IMMEDIATE family members. This includes parents, siblings and grandparents. If the student-athlete does not wish to use their two tickets, they will go to the CUC community. These tickets are non-transferable. Each active roster member for the visiting team is allowed to invite two fans to attend these games.
Here are our limits for each sport:
Volleyball/Basketball: Only 50 people are allowed into Geiseman Gymnasium. Each CUC student-athlete will receive two tickets for immediate family and the remaining seats will be open to CUC students, faculty and staff.
Football/Soccer/Lacrosse: Up to 240 people are allowed in Cougar Stadium. Each CUC student-athlete will receive four tickets for immediate family and the remaining seats will be open to CUC students, faculty and staff.
Baseball/Softball: A precise number is still being determined for this sport. Each CUC student-athlete will receive two tickets for immediate family and the remaining seats will be open to CUC students, faculty and staff.
While on campus, everyone is expected to follow CDC guidelines, which includes wearing a mask and remaining socially-distant from others. Concordia University Chicago does have the right to remove anyone who is not following protocols or anyone who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 such as coughing, heavy breathing, etc.
Upon entrance into any of CUC’s facilities, a temperature check will be done. Anyone who has a temperature above 100.3 will not be admitted into the facility. No exceptions!
For any questions on our spectator policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to members of the CUC Athletics staff.
