2026: Indoor – Finished third and set a PR in the Mile with a time of 4:41.93 at the ONU Holiday Open… Set a PR of 54.42 in the 400m at the Phoenix Invitational (Jan. 10)… Set PRs of 2:43.04 in the 1000m and 25.23 in the 200m at the ONU Invite (Jan. 30)… Finished third and set PRs in both the 600m (1:28.81) and the 3000m (9:23.56) at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Feb. 6-7)… Broke the school record for the Distance Medley Relay by finishing third with a time of 10:52.86 at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 14)… Received NACC All-Conference honors in the Distance Medley Relay by finishing sixth with a time of 11:08.69 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27 – Mar. 1).

2025: Indoor - Set a PR of 3:12.29 in the 1000m at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Feb. 7-8)… Ran a season best in the mile with a time of 5:33.28 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28 – Mar. 1).
Outdoor - Set an outdoor PR of 2:17.95 in the 800m and ran a season best 5:04.38 in the 1500m at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 11-12).

2024: Indoor: PR in the 5000m with a time of 17:13.69 at the Aurora Grand Prix (Jan. 19) ... PR in the 3000m with a time of 9:57.42 at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Feb. 2-3) ... PR in the 800m with a time of 2:03.05 at the 2024 Margaret Bradley Invitational (Feb. 17) ... PR in the mile with a time of 4:50.64 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24).
