Sophomore (2019): Indoors, ran a personal-best 7.88 in the 55-meter dash at the NACC Championships... Outdoors, ran his personal best of 13.43 seconds in the 100-meter dash at the Benedictine Invitational. 

Freshman (2018): Indoors, made his collegiate debut at the Lewis Invitational, where he helped distance medley relay team to third place (11:50.11)...Outdoors, ran career bests in both the 400 (1:01.25) and the 800 meters (2:29.68) at Wheaton's Don Church Twilight Invitational.   

High School: Attended Riverside-Brookfield H.S. in Riverside, IL where he was a member of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Son of Erich and Jenny Lams...Hobbies include playing video games and hanging out with friends.
