What Coach Allgood Had To Say:
"Today was a race where it felt like they took no time off at all—they maintained a good rhythm in a large field of competition. It felt like a quick two weeks off but it was exactly what we needed to push through to Conference on November 2nd."
The team will hit the course next for the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference meet on November 2nd. Coverage and updates until then can be found at cucougars.com.
