BELOIT, WIS. -- In their second conference matchup of the season, the Concordia University Chicago Cougars fell to the Beloit Buccaneers 7-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cougars stole the momentum to start the game after Headley won the first faceoff of the night, but the Buccaneers would strike first.Â
- The Cougars tied things up 1-1 off a goal from Ploch where they'd stit even for the majority of the remainder of the first period.
- The Cougar defense locked down and held the Buccaneers to only one more goal for the half.Â
- Despite the Cougars winning eight out of 13 faceoffs, the Buccaneers were able to secure two more goals on the half and outscored the Cougars 7-2.
