KENOSHA, WIS. — As the Cougar track and field team took to Wisconsin for the weekend, multiple Cougars performed incredibly at the Carthage Opener.
Notable Cougar Performances

Lora Haupt (Northville, MI) placed fourth in the pole vault with a height of 3.10 meters. This height marks both a personal record for Haupt and a new indoor record.

Eve Shelton (St. Louis, Mo.) placed first in the 55 meter hurdles with a time of 9.1, which is a new personal record for the sophomore. Shelton also placed third in the 200 meter with a 28.14, another personal record.

Zahra Sammour (Berwyn, IL) placed first in the triple jump with a 10.89 meter jump.

Continuing her indoor success, Madeline Bobinski (Des Plaines, Ill.) placed second in the shot put with a 12.75 meter throw.

On the other side, Gabrielle Harding (Rochelle, IL) placed fourth for the weight throw with a throw of 14.47 meters.

Jerzey Allen (Bevier, Mo.) placed fourth in the 55 meter hurdles where she ran a 9.60, a personal record. Jamie Seibert (Arlington Heights, Ill.) followed behind her in fifth with a 10.12 which is also a personal record.

Also placing sixth in both of their races, Ariel Martinez (Berwyn, Ill.) ran a 12:17.23 in the 3000 meter and Ali Wingood (Chicago, Ill.) ran a 1:09.49 in the 400 meter.
Cougars With New Personal Records

In the 800 meter, McKenna Stanley (Hampshire, Ill.) ran a 2:59.58, a personal record for the sophomore.

Seibert placed in the high jump at fourth with a 1.45 meter jump, which ties her personal record. Noor Sammour (Berwyn, Ill.) placed right after her in fifth with a 1.35 meter jump and a new personal record for the freshman.
