RIVER FOREST, Ill. -- With their last home game of the 2019-20 season on tap for tomorrow night, the Concordia-Chicago Cougars will look to take the series sweep over Marian University, when the Sabres come to Geiseman Gymnasium. 

About the Sabres... One seed below the Cougars in the NACC standings, Marian is 4-19 overall this season and 3-15 in conference play. Averaging 65 points per game, Marian has won three of its four contests while on the road and is led by senior Trentin Fouse, who is second in the league with a 46.3 three-point percentage. Other leaders for the Sabres are Justin Wilson and DeAndre Ross, who average 10.7 and 10.2 points per game, respectively. 

Last Time... When CUC last met the Sabres, in just the third week of the season, the Cougars' offense exploded into a 100-75 point victory. In the win, freshman Brent Hatten rattled off a then-career high 19 points to help lead CUC to its first win of the year. In the series, dating as far back as 2006, CUC has won eight of the 22 meetings against Marian. As the Cougars average 72.91 points per game, Concordia-Chicago has won four of the last nine match ups, only one of which has been on the floor of Geiseman Gymnasium.

Cougar Tape... With tomorrow night's game, the Cougars will look to end the season with a win and a 6-7 record at home. On the year, senior Raushaun Amos has led CUC's offense, as the St. Louis native averages 16.5 points per game with 3.0 assists per game. On the glass, sophomore Izak Ruddell leads the team with 5.3 rebounds per game and 45.8 percent shooting from the floor.
