"We're off to a really nice start. We are beating teams that we are supposed to beat, so you have to put that in perspective, but we are getting better in every game so far this season" said head coach Rusty Rogers. "We shoot the ball really well in that gym. My first year we scored 99, my second year 100, and this year 105, so it's really nice to be able to do something special leaving a benchmark on our program and getting a win."
The Cougars (5-0, 3-0 NACC) will return to action Monday, December 11, when they host Benedictine University. Tip off is set for 7:00pm.
